Do I go to Western Union and give them the info on where I want the money to go? Or what?

I think you can go to any bank. I dont get many, and I believe that the last one I got was actually at a walgreens.

You can also get them at the post office, or at a 7-11.

So i got it done today at my local Scolaris.
