looking to get my cf hood and trunk re-coated
Hey his guys, as the title suggests I'm looking to get my cf goodies to get coated since gel coat is oxidated... Anyone have suggestion as to where I should take it?

Gel coat? Aren't most consumer c/f parts just clear coated?
I would think that any regular body shop could respray a clear coat. You could probably even wet sand it yourself and get a decent finish with rattle-can clear coat as long as you've got a clean place to work and are willing to spend the time on good prep work. Unless we're talking about really large items like a hood where runs might be an issue without a spray gun.

Seibon came with gel coat and yeah I have no space to work and I'm concerned about runs since its my hood and trunk
