It's really tough to tell what car it is. The video quality looks like a capture of a fourth generation VHS... Yuck!

I looks like a pumped up turbocharged Coupe. It could be an Ur, or a Sport, but that is unlikely.

Edit, it probably is a sport... possibly this one..
