OK, I picked up a computer yesterday at CompUSA on one of their blow out deals for Sue, but she was able to actually muscle one out of the bay area stores, so I now have a spare. I'll return it if nobody wants it, but thought I'd check first.

It's normally $500 and after rebates, it come out to $199.99 + Tax.

You would be hard pressed to get all those parts for under $300 much less an OS...

Current best price for no name on pricewatch is $252 for Complete AMD Sempron 3100+ Windows CD COA 128Mb 20GB IHard Drive 32xCD-ROM

The Compaq kicks that one's butt with 4 times the RAM, 8 times the hard drive, and DVD+/-RW for $50 less.

No takers yet, so it will probably go back some time Sunday afternoon...
