Communication was good, Emails and phone calls returned promptly. Part was sent same day as ordered. Tracking number on same day. First question I asked them was if the part would fit 05 model. When part arrived, it was incomplete and did not fit, I had to swap an 04 part onto my car to make it fit. They called me a liar and that 05 -04 model was same. I sent them pictures and told them to get fucked. They shipped the missing parts on the same day, over night air. Part they sent was assembled incorrectly, mounting bracket on wrong posts. Easily corrected. OPINION: Will NOT do buisness with again. Attitude was poor, and I dont like being called a liar.
