Hung up with a vendor and thought to yourself, holy shit, how the hell do they get any buisness?
Its happened to me 3 times today. weak.

I work in IT... That is a rucurring theme in my field. I have vendors that are flabergasted that I don't beleive everything they say, and make them put things in writting, have test plans, actually test prior to going live, etc...
