That's exactly what I'm paying for my new house in Stead. Mine's only a 3BR but it comes with a warranty, appliances, etc.

a warranty as in you're buying from the builder? or a warrantyas in every confident seller should give a warranty when selling a home?

THE fastest appreciating zip code of greater phoenix in 2004. i haven't seen any stats for 2005. it's just too bad that the market has leveled out really flat, and no one is buying.
