Those axles are for an 02 transmission that has axle stubs. Boo has an 04 transmission which doesn't have axle stubs.

Call Lithia and ask if the outside CV joint boot has the same part number for your car and an 02.

Early 04 is stubs coming out of the trans, female inner CV joint
Late 04 is female trans, male inner CV.

Possibly. Get under there and see if there is a place to put an allen wrench(i think) into the inner CV joint close to the tranny.

No allan wrench, just a little metal stick thingy that pins the female axle end onto the axle stub, if there is one.

By "metal stick thingy" he means axle retention pin:

Nevermind all the grease from the blown seal... it's that little circle in the cup. If you push it out (with an allen wrench even) it's the same length as the diameter of the cup.

Thank you Kevin M, Sperry, and Juice. I called Lithia and the gentleman said that the part numbers are identical (02 MT/Sedan vs 04 MT/Sedan) when looking at the Axles. Scott, thanks for the picture as you know I will need it, I will jack up the car tomorrow and look for that pin/circle.

If we could split this off into a separate thread...

The reason boo is looking for an axle is because of noise coming from the right front of his car and then finding this when looking under the car.

A bearing has already been purchased and Boo is thinking of replacing this axle since we will be pulling all of that out anyways.

Thanks Scott, It does have that metal pin just like your picture shows. I'll post a pic of that right now.
