One step closer to being illegal for everyone. Which I'm torn about. I don't have a problem driving and talking because I honestly try not to be on the phone while driving and tend to tell people to call me back... but I swear I see some dumbass chatting away to the detriment of their car control at least once a day and I'd love to see those assholes pulled over.

I think headsets have been mandatory for over a year in CA and this year in NV. Where is out resident law enforcement officer?

The headset law doesn't take effect until the 1st of July 2008 as well.

Not that it matters... the problem with cell phones is the lack of focusing on what's happening in front of you, but whatever.
