Default Screw turbochargers, its all about DEI

Direct Exhaust Injection.

Since turbo chargers only have about 80% efficiency, why not just bypass them and inject exhaust straight into the throttle bodies? Yes, the charge air wouldn’t be that cold, but it would be under a hell of a lot more pressure.
