Default FS: Taco Supreme

For sale, one Taco Bell Taco Supreme. Best offer, available at my cubical ASAP. It's kinda cold, so I'll start the bidding at $FREE.

I figure I did so well on my regular taco sale last year, this one should go quick!

WTF. Who doesn't like sour cream on a taco. That is the only thing that makes it supreme!

And the tomatoes.

Also, the garbage can just won the sale. But not my garbage can... the one in the hallway, I don't wanna have to smell rotting taco the rest of the day.

Sour Cream and Tomatoes are for puffs! Taco's should consist of nothing more than Meat (Either Carnitas or Carne Asada), Cilantro, onions and hot sauce. Everything else is wasted space. suck it.

Cheese belongs on nachos, not in a Taco.

Whoa whoa whoa... A "taco" and a "taco bell taco" have virtually nothing in common. A real taco is a tiny tortilla, with meat and cliantro and pico. A taco bell taco is rehydrated meat powder, plasticated cheese, 3 TBS of sour cream, shredded lettuce/tomatoes (e coli optional), in a cardboardesque shell.

Arguing about sour cream in a taco bell taco is like arguing about fish in the sea... it kinda has to be in there. But arguing about sour cream in a real taco is like arguing about fish on the moon, there's just no context for the argument!

Ranch dressing and buffalo sauce? Now that's what I call a taco.

More than you can afford, pal... DHL.

...I just rewatched TFATF for the first time in like 4 years over the weekend... that movie is awfully entertaining. One thing I never noticed:

We all know how dumb it is that the floor falls off the car due to "danger to manifold"... but what I just noticed is that right after he blows the floor off, he picks up Vin and runs from the cops... doesn't that mean Vin had to have been Flintstoning it with his feet on the ground the whole way?

I still love that movie...That crew reminds me of the early days of SECCS, all hard-core and stuff.

Cheese belongs on everything.
Sour cream belongs under a Nevada mountain next to guacamole. yuck.

I make these taco bowl things at home. Check it:
Flour tortillias all torn up.
Ground beef w/ taco seasoning powder stuff.
Bush's baked beans + BBQ sauce + brownsuger.
Shredded CHEESE!!! (melting over the beans)
some shredded lettuce
whatever leftover tortillia pieces didn't make it on the bottom of the pile.

The baked beans kills it for the die hard mexican fans here in the office. I offer to take them to Taco Bell just to piss them off.

My roommates have this really sweet policy of getting pissed off when I throw their week old Taco Bell leftovers away. I'm actually doing them a service.

'Round these parts Betos is pretty swell. Taqueria la Mechocana or whatever on Virginia and Kietzke is good and decently priced. But Playa Azul (THE BLUE BEACH) in Carson by Smiths is still my favorite place.

I'll fulfill all your weeshes with my taco flavored keeses.

I love your baked beans, but they do not belong in mexican food. That reminds me of the time my mom tried to re-purpose the previous night teriyaki chicken into a chicken burrito. She even went so far as to attempt to cover the flavor with more mexican spices. It was horrible. Like sour milk in your perfectly good bowl of Marshmallow Maties. Boo!

My very favorite is the Taqueria de Rincon in Natomas (sacramento), so delicious.
Inexpensive and super authentic. I love the sour cream. It's got jalapenos and it's runny perfect for dipping chips and getting all over my forearm.

A "taco" and a "taco bell taco" have virtually nothing in common.

Taco half-life = 30 minutes

Taco Bell Taco half-life = 1 year

It's all about Tio Alberto's and Chili Pepper's in San Luis Obispo. Pretty authentic, huge servings, and really cheap.

Nothing like a 7 lb plate of carne asada Super Nachos at 2am when you're drunk.

Los Gallos on Virgina between 4th and 5th (by McDonalds) is pretty darn close to Norcal quality.
