Yes, I'll fix it for you. Again.
Default Wanted: TMIC Y-Pipe

I'm trying to fit up an '06 WRX intercooler to my '91 SS, and the Y-pipe that comes with that newer design is just not going to work even in a modified format.

I'd like to find a Bugeye-era TMIC y-pipe and see if I can hack that into fitting, does anybody have one laying around? I see some really cheap TMIC's on NASIOC, but I'd like to get this within the next couple days if possible.

Not sure if an STi Y-pipe would be close or not. Either way, it's going to involve some cutting and splicing I'm sure.

The photo shows what I have and the red line indicates the approximate dims I need to end up with.

Looks like you need a STI pipe and elbow...

You can try my spare, but would need it back.

Well, it turned out that the STi fitment is not what I needed either. But, I was able to cut up both the plastic and the silicone pipes (thanks morgan!) and with a short section of 2" exhaust pipe get it exactly right. Sweet!

Great... Is the pipe bit stainless? If not, probably should be or aluminum for the long term but not a big deal short term.

Yeah, this is more of a short-term thing to get all the alignment. I want to clean things up with better quality stuff.
