The cheapest "disposable" 12v air pump... $4.99 and other good stuff.

Couple more deals.
Probably a 1/2 decent air pump for autocross or such.. $18 It doesn't appear to have the adapter that lets you attach it right to the battery though.  3 Ton floor jack for $70 http://www.harborfreightusa.com/usa/...9&keycode=0000
