Default Scrap Steel and Aluminum

Well, I finally got a welder (Miller 211 with a spool gun), and I'm looking for some scrap steel and aluminum to practice with before I start any real projects.

Let me know if you have any

Thanks

I have lots of scrap aluminum you can practice on. Tubing and transmission cases.

Nice welder! Where'd you get it from? I really wanted one of the Miller units, but just couldn't justify the price. For 1/4 the money I ended up with a Lincoln WeldPak... and no spool gun.

Got it on craigslist this weekend. Came with a ton of extra tips, wire, a large argon bottle, medium bottle of 75/25, and the spool gun. It was barely used, I couldn't pass it up. I was considering another welder (Hobart 210 from northern tool, $900 with a spool gun), but when this one came up I jumped on it. Now I just need to find a good set of Dana 60's and a JD3 tubing bender and I can start building my Jeep (and eventually cage my WRX)....
