These are Matt's old wheels for those that are familiar. There are a few nicks on these wheels but no curbing or any other real damage, only normal wear and tear.

Gold > bronze. Especially in RPF1s!

Yeah, if you want 17x8s, these are tied for the best not-$450-a-corner wheel, tied with the OZs.

Thanks guys! They're great wheels but I've got some Speedlines to replace these and another project car that requires attention.

Still have these? Looking at a couple sets of silver with tires, a set of bronze with tires, or just buying new gunmetals, all would be about the same cost, and I'd rather use my tires.

So, any option for cheaper with no tires? Still firm at a grand?

I'd be willing to separate them as I would still be able to use the tires on the wheels that would be replacing these.

Send me a PM and we'll discuss a price.

Upon recent inspection the tires aren't even worth selling. Wheels for sale only. First post fixed.

If I wasn't sure I'd end up powdercoating them black or grey or bronze, we'd be talking. But, the added expense is kinda killing me right now.

If you powdercoat a hard to find set of gold RPF1s another color, I'm gonna punch you. They're easier to get in other colors already!

How can they be hard to find in gold if you can order them or pick them up from Tire Rack? The Gunmetal and Bronze were limited edition colors from Oakos, and they don't have any more bronze. They're talking about doing a steel grey type color though, which is #2 choice for me.

Just can't see myself being happy with silver or gold on the WRB.... dunno why, just the way it is. White or black (JBP) car, gold would be tits. But on Blue, just not feeling it.

Found a set of the limited edition Bronze run though, so trying to see if there's a deal to be made on those. Would be significantly cheaper than powder coating myself....

However, I'd be happy to know where these these wheels are easy to find used in the first place. There's a few sets this side of the country, but not as many as Volks or Rays.

Well, gold used to be hard to find. They would occasionally make just a few sets each year, and you had to jump on 'em when they showed up. Those specific wheels were one of those hard-to-get sets.

But since silver RPF1s are all over the place, that's where you should start if you're going to powdercoat something. Or black, which I think is a standard color now as well.

I think someone needs to pick these up so I don't end up doing so and molesting them. Found a source for Matte Black limited edition so will likely go for those. Seems I can't stray from Matte Black much. And, since I want a performance wheel but honestly don't care for the look of the RPF1s (or any other wheel with decent specs), Matte Black is probably the better way to go for me.
