I believe they will fit, but they will not fix under your stock WRX wheels.
EDIT: I guess I should let him speak because I'm assuming he was targeting these for the 2006 WRX TR, and I really don't know for sure.

The calipers will bolt on to any Impreza/Forester/Legacy, but will need 5x100 rotors.
