I've turned Sigs on... and I was trying to get the Avatars to work, but there's a bug I need to fix 1st... for some reason, allowing file uploads mashes all the profile submit buttons.... totally freaking me out!

So, feel free to edit your sigs, I'll do some research on the fix for the avatars and turn them on once I figure it out!

seems to be running pretty smoothly. I haven't encountered any problems yet.

Well, that wasn't so hard...

Avatars and Sigs are now both enabled!

You need to _resample_ one down to 80x80 pixels... use Paint Shop Pro, or PhotoShop or ACDSee, or some better-than-MS-paint application. Then make sure you can save it as a JPEG and specify the compression level. Most proggys will tell you the file size as you play with the compression level. Lower the quality till it's under 6,144 bytes.
