The way out is through
Default S-Squared (aka Subaru Specialists)

Well, since I'm the 1st one in the new forum, I get the honor(?) of making the obvious post.

In my experience with S-Squared, the most important thing I've noticed about the shop is that they guys there really care about their customers. Sometimes to the point where they overextend themselves by agreeing to do too much work! However, Joe and Nate are extremely knowledgeable, and eager to do things right, and fix any issues if they should arise.

Prices for parts tend to be inline with the "going" rate elsewhere, though there can be delays, since they don't stock much. The real strength of this shop lies in their experience with Subarus. Joe and his squad of techs have been wrenching Subarus for years, and they know how to get a job done. Nate's been tuning for years as well, and has the right tools (Mustang dyno) to put a mean flash on your ride.

Well I'm an S-squared whore, so I can only state the obvious.....They are great!

I truly have never had any issues with them. I generally just wait for my car, so I haven't experienced the delay issue.

My first experience with S-Squared was the 30K service. I had them change the fluids to synthetics. Also had shockproof added to the dif. Unfortunately, I noticed shortly after the switch the rear dif. felt like it was catching. I talked to Aaron at the shop about the problem, and he told me to come in right away and get it checked out. They pulled the fluid and apparently shockproof had been added to the rear dif. I guess this is a no-no. They fixed it right away and then flushed it again the next week. I have zero complaints. Everyone makes mistakes and they were pleasant and speedy to fix.
I give them 2 snaps in a Z formation.
