Default New Bridgestone Tire RE-01

We have a winner!!! I'm liking the 245-40- 17 size and 140 treadwear.

They are pricey, but these may make for some sweet auto cross tires...

Hot new B'Stones

There's talk of it going onto the SCCA ST "exclusion list". I guess it depends on testing though.

Well, I think they're illegal for this season no matter what since they didn't come out before the start of the year (isn't that when the cut off is?).

April 1st is the cutoff date. I was wondering the same thing, but TireRack lists enough sizes and diameters that it looks like they made it. I expect it would take them more than 3 weeks to get them all listed up with specs on the site.

I heard it is Apr 30. And I heard there's no reason for it to be on the banned list.
