Besides my exhaust manifold to turbo bolts breaking, um, my cylinder #1 spark plug broke. Yes, a piece of the porcelain is missing, luckily the other half didn't fly in as well. I was wondering if that piece could have possibly damaged anything?

You're hosed dude. You gotta get that piece of plug out of the cylinder, or it will destroy everything in there. Unless it's small enough to pass through the exhaust valve, then you only have to worry about your turbine getting fubared.
