Default Ram Air in Stock Class?

Is Ram Air legal in stock class? Nothing remove from stock unit just add a air-duct from bumper to before the intake of airfilter.

need to do something for stock car beside waxing it.

maybe...

You can add a front sway bar and cat-back exhaust.

Nope.

Front sway, catback, brake pads, air filter, fluids... that's it.

No. But you can pretend that synthetic Dot 4 fluid actually helps.

Remember that wheels must be stock diameter, within 1/4" of stock width, and within 1/4" of stock offset. That's the one I always forget.

Car already have a cone type airfilter, report from s2k website said that good design catback only gain 2-3hp and might lost some hp too on no name systems.

Wax is make the car slippery = faster I think I need to go shopping for the pad.

Pat R. any help on the pads? Street pad some auto-x less dust not eat rotor and not too pricey.

Is the cone filter stock? If not, welcome to Street Prepared. If so, cool...

Cat Back Straight pipe = ultra cheap HP, and an easy swap if you want to take it on and off.

For Street/Autocross pads, Axxis Ultimate, Hawk HP+, Porterfield R4s, EBC Green.

If you actually want to stop, pads will dust, and rotors will wear, live with it.

The S2000 comes with a cone filter.

I use Cobalt GT Sport pads but they dust & squeak more than you may like plus I don't think you can get them anymore. There are lots of good threads on brake pads in the Racing & Competition forum on S2ki.com.

I don't care too much about dust & noise as anyone who's seen & heard my car lately knows.

The tires has to be with in 1/4 inch width of the stock size? Interesting. I seem to recall an STI at hawthorn with slicks on in A-stock, and the slicks were definatly wider then stock , probably an inch wider or more. as it was noticeable that instead of completly vertical sidewalls, the sidewalls were recessing back towards the rim, from the edge of the tread. and i think that was the guy who kept thinking Brian D's tires were not legal becuase they were so worn. ah the irony of it all

Also i wish the SCCA RallyX stock class rules would be the same as AutoX stock class rules. they are close, but in RallyX you are allowed to modify your intake Before the air filter. and your exhuast after the last Cat.

RallyX lets you install any option from the factory, After vehical delivery, where as AutoX does not. and you can't swap out front sways. lol I'm sure it won't change and there's a very very very small group of people who care. But at the same time, the events are similar in nature, rallyx being described as 'autox on dirt' both by the SCCA, lol anywho /rant

Tires can be any size. Its the wheels that have to be within 1/4 inch width (which in effect limits tire size, but there isn't an explicit limit on tire size).

Also, stock class in Auto-x lets you change the cat back portion of the exhaust.
