Yeah, I guess I didn't notice it, but the raining got quite a bit more quiet.

Too bad I can't make it to work tomorrow on the RE-01Rs.

I don't even think it lasted that long. I blinked and I missed fall.

We ended up only getting about 3 inches, and it is melting fast.

Crossing the summit last night from 10 to 11:30 in my girlfriend's Galant was pretty sweet. FWD and no chain controls or plow/sand trucks in sight FTW. The best part was how the semis came to a stop wherever they damn well pleased going up the last grade after Donner Lake to put on chains. Had to squeeze through an opening between a trailer and a dude chaining his rig that was about 6mm wider than the car. good times. Even better, the west bound truckers brought traffic to a complete stop on the other side of the summit and backed everyone up for 3 miles. Then they finally closed down the road westbound a little past Kindgvale. We saw the "chain control over summit" message on the electronic sign- about 6 miles after we crossed it. Good times.
