i was going to paint them my self but i wanted to see if anyone knew a place that would do it and im looking for a good priced place to pick up another set of wheels for winter tires

Can't help on the paint, but Emily has some stockers cheap. http://www.seccs.org/forums/showthread.php?t=6464
Tirerack.com Discounttiredirect.com Both will mount and balance and give you a package deal with tires. TireRack's warehouse is out towards mustang, so you can pick them up locally. Discounttire isn't local but may be cheaper and shipping is free.
