Default We live in the future!

In literally under 10 minutes, I was able to find a current photograph of nearly every place I've ever lived in the last 30 years. Doing that so quickly is mind boggling considering that 10 years ago, it would have taken a camera, plane tickets, rental cars, and like a month to make this same image:

Pretty crazy! Now, where's my flying car already!!?

For the record:

#1 - Bountiful, Utah, 1978-1983
#2 - San Ramon, CA, 1983-1995
#3 - Sequoia Dorm, Cal Poly SLO, 1995-1996
#4 - Danville, CA, summer of 1996
#5 - San Luis Obispo, CA 1996-1998
#6 - San Luis Obispo, CA 1998-1999
#7 - San Luis Obispo, CA 1999-2000
#8 - San Luis Obispo, CA 2000-2001
#9 - Reno, NV, 2001-2003
#10 - Reno, NV 2003-2006
#11 - Reno, NV 2006-2007
#12 - Reno, NV 2007-present

The only place missing is the house in Ohio my parents had where I live for my first 18 months, but I've got zero recollection of that house.

hmmm... this is going to take some work, but I'll see what I can dig up too.
BTW I like the first house Scott. It's got a fun roof.

Yeah, I wasn't too happy to see all my shit on display in Google street view, but I've since moved from there, so no biggie.

'Course I've sorta got the same problem at my current place via the Washoe County Assessor's maps:

Nice.
Your landscaping looks like a mini-golf course minus water hazards

My landscaping sucks. It's almost not better than no landscaping, because it's going to cost me more money and effort to fix than it would starting from scratch!

That little side lawn in the back is totally useless, and a huge PITA to get my mower over to because of all the horrible dry river rock. At least that back patio/overhead is really nice... it must have cost the original owners a crapload of money for all that stamped/stained concrete plus the 400sqft of arbor.

Scott, for security purposes you may want to remove the APN from this image. It's easy enough to find the address with that info.

Meh... it's public information. You can find my house from my name. In fact, it's probably easier to use my name than it is the APN.

Oh yeah. I forgot about the name thing in Washoe County. You can't search by name on the Sacramento County site. You have to look for that in person at the recorders office, so it's a bit more work.
