Thats right, WINTER and SNOW are getting here very very fast.... snow is in the weather for tommorow and thursday!

Thats a great thing and a bad thing:

For me the snowboarding season couldnt come any sooner, however with 2 autocross weekends left I dont want to switch over to my studs just yet.

Once again... we skip fall and go straight into winter.

Now it'll be 7 months of cold, snow, cloudy hell... until late April when, after a blizzard at the auto-x school, it's 95 deg for the season opener.

<-- Doesn't ski/board... so there's nothing I like about winter.

Looks like it won't be nearly cold enough in Reno for snow. But maybe a bit will manage to stick up at teh lake and higher elevations.

Winter sucks in Seattle, because all we get is rain. The nearest ski resort is only about an 1.5 hours away, but still, snowboarding while it rains sucks.

I miss the Reno winters.

I may get the sierra double whammy , kirkwood, sierra, and maybe a boreal for some night skiing. not really sure yet though .

Gonna have to switch to winter tires real real soon

I don't think I'm going to get a pass this year. I'm tempted to go Mt. Rose again since it's only $350, but 3 years in a row is excessive. I'm thinking I'll be just paying for lift tickets at Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl, and maybe even Squaw if I'm feeling bawler.

I got a rose pass already and currently I'm involved with negotiations with Alpine Meadows to break a deal for Davis, Berkley and my school. Combined it would be a loss of over 100k for them if they dont negotiate a pass price with us. Currently we are all on the fence and could throw our business to someone else.
