No trans? does it still have the rear diff in it ? (should be a viscous limited 3.90 ) ?

Is it impossible to get the stock bumper beam back in? if so why?

It's 4.44 open actually. And I think he's keeping the bumper and beam, they're not broken.

Kevin is correct. I'll be keeping the bumper and support for my new Rs.

I do have an '01 5mt, 4.11 Lsd Diff, axles, etc. available for the car as well.

I have no use for these wheels. Unless somebody steps up and takes them for a reasonable amount they will be staying with the car. I'll contact you if it happens. Thanks!

how much with out Kyb shocks, lowering springs, older 17x7 Prodrive wheels ?

I'm currently looking at a chassis in sac town for way cheap (150) but it has no subframe, knuckles , half shafts, trac arms, OR DOORS. I'll probably have to spend 600ish getting doors, and maybe like 100 on the other stuff so I'de be at 850 ish my other route (probably not enough for you) just tossing around ideas...

I'de be turning this into an open class rally car.
