Around $200-250 struts only

That sounds like a lot for used struts. Seems like you'd have no problem finding some on eBay or something but maybe I'm wrong.

That's on the high-end but I need 04 specifically due to fitment issues on the older Imprezas. I'm trying to put together a rallyx suspension on the cheap.
