Chances are 1:300 for a brand new WRX. They are also giving away this stuff:

The short list of items we're giving away include a carbon fiber hood and hoodscoop, strut tower bars, pulley kits, hats, mugs, and grill. Besides the car, we're going to raffle off things like a downpipe and a complete ZeroSports (replica) body kit! But let's face it- you're coming to see us give away this WRX, aren't you ?

I am tempted to try and invest 100$ into this raffle. Odds are pretty good. Plus you can use it as a tax right off:
