It has to do with the arching of the back to lift the hips up into the air. Just check out pretty much any "doggie-style" porn image. JC's RS has porn-ass because the ground clearance difference from the sideskirts to the rear bumper, coupled with the wing, make it look like it has its ass lifted up.

Eh, I kinda like it. I have spats, they just aren't installed.

Cause the only people that have them (in our club) are MattR's GF and DKNV.

Updated 7/07. . .

Pic 1: stockers, of course.

Pic 2: Gram Lights 57c, anthracite. From what I can tell, these are pretty much the closest thing we have to a set of "Club wheels," having been on Aaron's, Kevin's, and Nick's cars before mine. . . possibly more! Can anyone else lay claim to having run on these wheels? Now Kevin has 'em again.

Pic 3: Rota Subzeros, silver w/ polished lip. Meant for autox, but currently sitting unused in my garage with a 1/2 worn set of Azenis 615s.

Pic 4: A quick shot of my car with Rota SDRs in gunmetal. They looked great on my car, but sadly the pairing was not to be. . .

Pic 5: Rota SDR (yeah, I like the Prodrive GC-07 knock-offs so much that I went out of my way to find another set)! Rattle-canned graphite. Spent an entire day cleaning, sanding, cleaning again, priming, painting in coats, and clearcoating. The graphite paint had such a heavy texture that I even had to run back out to Kragen for more clearcoat to get even a remotely smooth finish. . .

Anyway, pix!

This post is dedicated to every Legacy wheel and tire thread posted on the other site, where the general consensus is "you can't go wider than a 215 on a 7.5 wheel, you'll probably still rub...."

235/40/17 Hankook Ventus RS2's on 17x8 Rota Boosts. No rubbing

I'd like to thank my sponsors: Sperry, Sperry's CC issuer, and of course, my boys over at Propane who have always stood by me

On another note, I love goooooooooooold..............and it's really satisfying working on your own car in your own garage

These are seriously my favorite wheels on the car. I think I'm going to rock 17's from this point forward, so I'm going to sell the Superleggeras and get another set of 17's to put all-seasons on. I'm loving the RS2's, as well. Thanks for the hookup, mang

I wish Rota made a 8.5" wide boost... I'd totally get another set of 'em! Actually, I can probably run the boosts w/ a 3mm spacer after the hub conversion, but they'd be a little narrow for the 255 tires I'm trying to run.

For now, I'm just happy the wheels found a good home, they look better on the wagon than they ever did on my car!
