I don't want to trade my headlights.

Matt, I already have a truck, its old (69) and warn out. Needs an engine rebuild. That old 390 FE in it is shot.

Cody, there are previews, click the little square button that say PV on it, that brings up thumbnails.

Haha, I remember you telling me you had an old Ford, I was more concerned with your comment about trading in your Sti...Can you swap a Powerstroke into an older gas Ford? That would be sweet.

That would be sweet, but those powerstokes cost about $10k, then I have to modify the whole system to make it work.. God only knows how much that would cost. I am trying to save up enough money to get the motor rebuilt.

I like my car, if I liked the 06 better then the 05 I would trade it in for one. But alas, I do not like the 06's.

STi hid's are white, but I guess you could argue that they are bluish-white. The reason the cop would see the same color from the front as the side is because 04-05 STi hid's do not use a projector-style headlamp. Projectors change the color to blue, even purple, from the side due to the projectors glass bending the light. (I believe they only started using projector headlamps for the 06's right?)

Anyway, sounds like a real douchebag. Why are cops so damn anal..

He gave me a verbal warning. I reminded him that they are the factory 50 State DOT legaal headlights. I have never heard anything else about it.
