It doesn't always work. I had mathematical proof that my ticket from a few months ago was not possible, and I was still found guilty. The judge who tried my case is a money-grubbing sack of shit. Now I'm sure my insurance will be nice and toasty once they finally find out about it.

As far as the insureance, did you not have the option for traffic school? That prevents the ticket on your record... at least it did the 4 times I got pulled over...
