Default cant get my boost up

hey guys i cant get my boost to go higher than 13psi. i went to cali this weekend and i had a short circuit on the way there, and the car died out on i-80. i fixed the problem, but ever since then, my boost numbers have sucked. i have a blitz sbc id-III boost controler, and even with that i cant get the numbers up. i dont know if i have a leak somewhere....let me know what you guys think

Well, I don't know anything about the SBC... could it be damaged from the short circuit? Or perhaps it just reset after the power loss and needs to be reprogrammed?

Also, you can have issues like that if the wastegate control hoses come off, check to make sure they're all hooked up properly?
