Sounds pretty good to me!

My Rotas are 18x7.5" +48... so +53 sounds good on a 7" wide rim. In fact, I think that's the exact size of the older RS rims that were 7" wide.

For a 7 inch wide wheel, you want between 50mm-53mm of offset. Are you looking at Superleggeras? Those fit fine.

Actually, they are old RS rims, I wonder if they will work okay for Autocross, or if they are too heavy. hmmmm?

They made 17 inch RS rims? What do they look like? Subaru wheels are typically fairly lightweight, so they probably will do fine. I never have seen 17" Subaru rims except for the ones everyone overseas gets.

I guess they are after market, they look like stock RS wheels though. Kostamojen on nasioc has them for sale for 200 bucks. They look pretty cool, but I decided to go another route.
