For those not on the mailing list...Looks like Test and Tunes are gonna happen on the weekends...The weather may pernmit some good weekends soon...

"Happy holidays from everyone at Reno-Fernley Raceway.

Reno-Fernley Raceway would like to thank you for a great season, and all of you support throughout the year.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that we will be Open for Test and Tune December through February on the weekends by appointment. Please call the office at 775-575-7217 and schedule with Michelle. This is of course dependant on weather.

Also to update you on construction. We are currently working on another 2 miles. This will be the technical section of the course and should be open by June of 2005. This will bring our total track length to over 4 miles. We have recently finished a 250’ x 300’ skid pad, and are in the process of setting up a motorcycle training school, to add to the current driving school.

We have had a great season and look forward to a very busy and exciting 2005. Here is a taste of the events coming in 2005. A full Season on the Dirt Oval, HMSA (featuring NASCAR Cup Cars), Super Moto, Hot August Drags, Mud bogs, Freestyle Motor cross, Kart Racing, as well as track events for all drivers, and riders. We hope to see everyone out next year, and again thank you for all your support in the past year.

I would love to go out and practice. I'm assuming you need a large size group to run?
