What I can't figure out is... where did the kid on the bike go? Between the two cars? And why didn't the car that hit the kid stop or move over for the kid on the bike that was riding in oncoming traffic?

I do believe the car was parked. I found it wierd that they could cram soo many people in the backseat and still maintain decent camera control.
