Yes, they have Battletoads. My friend and I used to play that game for hours.

Baseball Stars was better, since you could make your own teams. I punched in my Little League team and ran tourneys against the neighborhood kids ...too bad it runs like shit on that emu.

Baseball stars may have played better, but BS1.000 was the first game to track statistics. You can change player names on it too, and create your own "league" from the 15 existing teams.

Yeah I remember the reviews of it from back then... something along the line of "it plays like an accounting spreadsheet".

I had this little hand held baseball game, that had LEDs and stuff all over it. It was basically an exercise in timing wrapped up in a baseball game.

It pretty much owns all other baseball games from now until forever.

OMG, I had almost the same thing. Except mine didn't have the seperate controller, it was all in one. It owns all.

Yeah, mine was all one unit, and the pitcher had to use the opposite side of the controller (if it was in two player mode).

That was just the best picture I could find.

I didn't read game reviews when I was 11. I was always one console behind.

Yes, I'll fix it for you. Again.

I had a little brown one where the rim around the field looked like stadium seating. I also had a more sophisticated round yellow one that played two people. Yeah, it was just a timing exercise, but what isn't? LOL
