Building new VBulletin Forum - Questions - Subaru Enthusiasts Car Club of the Sierras

I'd like to install a welcome box on my forum similar to the one on this web site.

Yours appears as:

"Welcome to the Subaru Enthusiasts Car Club of the Sierras.
If this is your first visit, be sure to check out the FAQ by clicking the link above. You may have to register before you can post: click the register link above to proceed. To start viewing messages, select the forum that you want to visit from the selection below. "

Any advice on where in the Admin CP I can edit the code and add my own welcome message?

We're using the generic info built into the software. If there isn't an option to change it in the control panel, you can probably edit the themes to change the text, though it might take quite a bit of searching to find the correct text.

I figured out the welcome message only appears to non-registered users and only when the forums is active.

Duh!
