Scott and I will be going the other route, with my rock hard beat up old RE070s. I think that after this weekend they will be down to the cords, and only 4XXX miles on them

You guys could try my old but newly shaved Hankooks... They got lightly toasted at Streets of Willow Springs last week, so I'm having them shaved as well to 4/32nds to even them out mostly...

Then again, with 2 drivers, those 070s may come in OK when hey get warm...

Thanks for the offer ... but I don't think there is time to get them mounted between now and the weekend. The crusty old RE070s should be OK. Besides, we need something to blame in case we suck

I lost a front swaybar bushing, and once the car was on the lift at Sid's, we found one of the brackets on the rear swaybar was disconnected and bent back.

Sid was awesome, and worked late on a Saturday fixing everything.
