hey mike i dont think i need more power to prove i can beat you jk hey bobby(threerotor) showed me a downpipe that just opens up when u press a button what do u think about that?

means more parts to break. It's just an effin pipe. a piece of metal which through very hot air goes through. the simpler the better, IMO.

I'd say thats too big, plus you'll kneck it down anyways with the exhaust. If you run that big, you'll lose a bunch of low-end torque. Not fun for normal or autocross drives.

Your talking of an exhaust cut out Sam, and its not worth it. The real time pipe is very expensive and it will leak. If Im wrong here please correct me, but arnt the STi exhausts pretty free flowing as is?

No, the STi exhaust pretty much sucks. But the HKS offers no improvement other than removing the cat, and that doesn't make all that much of a difference.
