That's funny, I've never had issues "landing" my glider. Course I used either the "lawn dart" landing approach, or the "tree capture" method.
"lawn dart" = "nose them in"
Yeah, well mine wouldn't just go in nose first.... it would actually impale itself into the ground... 'Course that was my cheap-o $25 foam glider that I crammed my RC plane radio and servos into. I didn't try very hard to land that one softly.

The worst was flying my nice plane on a hilltop that had one single oak tree on it, and somehow getting the glider to crash right in the top of the tree. Granted I was flying in much too much wind, so when I turned the plane just skidded into the breeze and got flipped into the tree. But it was pretty funny to be standing alone in 20 acres of graze land with my plane in the only tree.

I'd buy that.

Wow, at least our brake thread wasn't that bad... For some reason that one is ammusing, but the seccond is not really. I'm amazed the brake one didn't get squashed by the admins after the first post.

The altima one is off an altima board. Look at the sigs, that would never fly on C-C. Plus retards like that *vendor* that knows nothing about brakes wouldn't have survived long enough on C-C to have even attempted to sell brake rotors.

Ah, it is an Altima thread that they sucked over to corner carvers as an example or some such... but the URL is definitely corner-carvers.com...

All I saw was the domain...

Tires stop your car? If that was true, how come "better" tires don't improve the braking distances
Good point. God damn engineers coming in and messing up a vendor's sale. Assholes

I was spared when my computer hocked it up and spit it out when I attempted to link --- either that, or I was saved by incredible mouse-click reflexes as I started to speed-read it......
