I'd link you to the page on the home depot site but they're genius web developers made it so you can't link to any of their god damned pages

Maybe lowes has it? It was $300 though, which is pricey considering you can get one that is probably really good for like $70

They are fairly universal. Every one I've installed went on exactly the same way.

As far as I know, they are universal and that you should buy one with at least 1 hp. I found this hilariously awful site about them...

I'm just giving you a hard time. Besides, I'm the one who said I had to go put away laundry and stuff the other day. =/

Appliances are nice.

But I've been thinking about bathroom fixtures lately.

I swear that a couple grand on a full immersion, disappearing edge bathtub isn't too much...

You always give me a hard time. I don't think being less domesticated than you means a whole lot, no offense. Ya I'm going to redo my bathroom in a few months too. I don't have the room or the $$$ (well without doinkin' my credit cards) for a fancy blingin' tub like you though.

I'm all burnt out on re-modeling houses from living where I am.

We have built a wall, re-done the bathrooms, all new paint inside out, all new floors, the list goes on in a tired fashion.

Don't be such a pussy. My parents have remodeled two complete condos, and built a house in Canada in the past year or so. I guess my mom is just tougher than you.

JC congrats with the Condo. No money is ever lost in home improvements, unless of course they end up burning downt the house.

If you're doing any major work, feel free to send me any questions.

Since there are no intangibles when reviewing a household appliance, we would all be willing to accept CR's statements at face value. It's only when they get into automotive stuff that they're idiots who think cars are merely ways to get people and stuff from one place to another.

Default Gabage Disposals (Haters stay out)

No update since 2/02, so aparently not a volitile industry. All $ from 2002 as well...

Short answer, you can't beat Kenmore bang/buck on most models. Don't buy based on Warrenty or price!

Best for under $150 Kenmore 60554 $135 #3 of 18 behind $420 Viking, and $160 In-Sink-Erator 555sss by a smidge.

Best for under $100 Kenmore 6011 $70 (Lowest priced/rated Kenmore comes in #8 of 18, and dominates some that cost 2-2.5 X and is only slightly behind the 4 between it and the 60554.

Avoid GE, Whirlpool, In-Sink-Erator Badger series, Maytag, SinkGuard. Others vary.

I merged Dean's garbage disposal back in here where it's relevant. Let's keep the suzi homemaker crap in one place.
