No the board is going to review the proposal, and modify as necessary, then put it to the general membership for a vote. Like every other supp. reg.

I'm sending in the proposed supp to Jim Gandy today. I have written the supp as to not exclude the class from PAX but that only the first three runs count for PAX. I figure there will be much discussion within the board but would ask that we try this class in some form this year.
