They ended up replacing the shifter assembly the next week, provided her with a loaner (base Impreza auto for her 5MT Impreza Premium), and took care of it. That's after three months of her calling with no response - meaning not even a call back. Anyway, official complaints are on file at Lithia, and SoA over them dirtying up the interior, and being downright douchebags. |
