That car is a decent 290whp vehicle. Slap a new turbo on that and a decent tuning program (aem or something) and you have a very fast car.

It has a decent turbo, and it has a better tuning setup than the AEM, but it's not a 290whp vehicle in its current mechanical state, tune or no. Tim's car isn't "better" than ricer boy's... just faster in every way that the constituency of this board would measure it.
