Was he coming out of the Keystone shopping center? Did I almost rear end him, or did he choose to ignore my right of way and cut me off?

lol ya, but if u would have slowed like your supposed to at an intersection for a right hand turn he would have had plenty of time to get over but instead you thought you would screw with the guy and keep your speed into and through the turn. So in other words you cut yourself off..

Yah, but there was another yahoo behind that guy that was coming for me so I had to maintain speed to fit between them. I guess I could have stopped, but it seemed safe enough.

I really don't know what it is about Reno drivers but a large percentage don't seem to understand right-of-way at all.
