For the Super Laps? You still looking to go for an all season, or summer?

I looked for used for a bit. Then just decided to go for federals. Cheap enough I won't worry about camber wear too much, and wide enough to fit better than a 255/35 or too-narrow 235/40.

Haven't pulled the trigger yet. Waiting for an er bill to come in

Onlinetires.com seems to have the federals in stock, under 100 each for the ss595, 130 each for the 595rs-r. Not the best, but enough good reviews that I figure they're good enough for the street.

Not sure if you're still looking, but I scored a killer deal on Conti DWS 235/35/18 - $88/tire at discount tire. OTD installed with certs was a little over $500. They're 24.5" tall, so .5" shorter than stock.

Not sure why this size is priced so low. Tire rack has them at 90 or so as well. Neither state it's a special price, closeout, etc. The 235/40 was about $150 each.

Check for yourself. http://www.rimsntires.com/specs.jsp

Those tires are awesome. You could run them year round and be happy and safe.

The 235/35/18 are .5" shorter overall diameter than the 255/35/18s I was looking at... But forgot what the stock 225/45/17s are

And everytime I load another page on my phone to look, it takes me a couple days to find my way back here
