Default Perrin at SEMA

Perrin had this H6 powerd Impreza on display. Looked sweet, but the engine seemed to be located pretty far forward. Wonder what it does to the handling. Clean installation, though

The H6 is a little heavier than the EJ25, so it doesn't help handling... but that's always where the motor is in an STi... nothing new there.

I was at the show Wed-Fri, but mostly on the AAPEX side, as I have a lot of vendors over there. This Perrin installation just seemed to me to be sitting rather far forward, it looked like a lot more room between the firewall and the rear of the engine, compared to a stock STI.

All front mounted installs look that way to me. I think its just the lack of an intercooler on top (kinda in the back) throws the perspective off a bit.
