Default Possibly Parting out the WRX... it may very well be STi time

Nothing's for sure yet, but I'm thinking about buying an STi sometime in November... I'll need to sell a bunch of stuff after the AutoX season is over in October, so I'm asking now if any of you guys are interested in my parts.

Please let me know if you're interested in picking up any of this stuff in mid to late October. Of course, anyone local will get my help with installation if they want it! Also, if anyone's interested in a big block of stuff, like all the suspension stuff or something, I'll be glad to drop the price for quantity.

Okay Scott,

I would take these off your hands:
$40 Whiteline HD Rear Swaybar Brackets
$40 Whiteline Front Strut Tower Brace
$100 Whiteline Anti-Lift Kit (Is this Race or Comfort?)

Let me know when and if you do part the badboy out. New STi's will be at Lithia soon anyway!

ALK is the comfort bushing... which is plenty hard... I can't imagine the Race version!

And Art, you really need to get my EDM lights to go w/ your grill... your car would be the sickest with 'em!!

Well, I've been crunching teh numbers, and as long as I can get my mods sold for enough, and I can get Lithia to agree with what I'm willing to spend, I can actually afford one! But there are a lot of "if's" that have to be met... so I'm trying not to get my hopes up... I just want to be prepared to take advantage of the situation if it presents itself.

I'll put you down for dibs... and if I really decide to sell the car, we can work out a price! Right now I'm just trying to make sure I'll have buyers for most of this stuff before I go and start selling off my baby.

Man those Rotas would be sweet on my car. Too bad I'm far away and I'm broke. What color STi?

Well, me getting an STi is still only about 50/50. I was under the impression that my car was starting to fall apart from all the stuff that started breaking, but now that it's fixed and I know what was going wrong, it really doesn't seem that bad. I think the WRX still has a lot of kick left in it (the engine and tranny still seem strong, knock on wood), so I may hang on to it until it's paid off.

My color wish list goes like this:

White/Gold, White/Silver, Blue/Gold, Black/Gold, Blue/Silver, Black/Silver, Silver/Gold, Silver/Silver.

Scott,

I would love to try these on the wagon and see how/if they rub.

$800 17"x7.5" White Rota Attack Rims w/ Falken Azenis Sports 225/45ZR17 (lots of tread... surprisingly enough)

If it's not too bad I will buy them.

Also interested in the tires:$400 Stock rims with Blizzak LM-22 Snow Tires (lots of tread) - need your stock rims w/ re92's, or we can swap the tires themselves

Theo

I'll put you down for "dibs" Theo, but it's looking more and more like I won't be selling the WRX, since the problems it was having turned out to be minor, and not necessarily a sign of things to come.
