So, is it okay to start a sentence with the word, So ?
Discuss
SO, is it okay, or a sign of unsure-ness?

When I'm speaking, (or writing in a speaking tone) I use So to start out sentences all the time.
Never use it in professional writing though.

Hmm.. I wonder if this will turn into another thread like the dental hygenist... did you need help picking up women, or conversing with them Matt?

At my last job, there was a point when I started to talk like Bill Lumberg. It was at that point that I knew I finally beyond hope at that job and that the job no longer had any redeming qualities. I quit a few months afterwards.

No, they tend not to say much when they're unconscious. That's funny.
