Default Grease on brake pads

Question to those who replaced their brake pads.
The Subaru manual recommends applying Molykote grease to the inner shim and pad clip. What's a good alternative to this grease, just in case Lithia doesn't have them in stock? Can I use any brake grease, like this one -

I picked up some high temp anti-seize lube from Napa that seems to work fine on my brakes. The copper or silver stuff seems to do a good job.

The one you linked to would be fine, but any parts store will have something similar that will work fine. Most pads usually come with a small tube as well, but I don't know about those Hawks you got.

Thanks, guys for all the input.
I don't think the Hawk pads came with the grease, so I'll be checking the parts store for some.

Another question.
Is it recommended to bleed the brakes after installing the pads?

It's not necessary, but you might as well when you're there.
